Simple and freshly prepared dishes at Herbert Beltle’s Rotisserie
Take in the atmosphere at our rotisserie only a short walk away from the Spittelmarkt underground station and Nikolai Quarter in central Berlin.
Wine produced the Weingrün way...
This describes the process which the wine cask goes through to remove the undesirable dye and tannins from the new wooden cask through soaking, steaming and boiling of the wood.
Wines from our own Horcher Winery perfectly complement our dishes. You will of course find lots of other wonderful wines from Germany and Austria on our wine list.

Everything was perfect.
The salmon was cooked through, but was moist and delicious. It is flambeed at the table -- quite a show.

We are happy to advise you and can also arrange an appointment with you to view our venue in person. We are of course also happy to visit you at your home, business or at another desired location. Please do not hesitate to call us, we will gladly assist you with the individual planning of your event.
