4. Online reservation with Quandoo

On our website, we use the online reservation system of Quandoo GmbH, KulturBrauerei, Building 5, Schönhauser Allee 36, 10435 Berlin (“Quandoo”).

When you make a reservation via the Quandoo reservation tool, the data you enter (name, email address, phone number, number of people, date, and time) will be transmitted to Quandoo. We receive a confirmation of your reservation from Quandoo.

Your data is processed for the purpose of handling your reservation and thus for the fulfillment of a contract or for carrying out pre-contractual measures in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Quandoo. Through this agreement, Quandoo undertakes to protect our customers' data and not to pass it on to third parties.
